Data related to an active or completed engagement is retained for up to 5 years following the conclusion of the engagement, in line with standard business record-keeping practice.

Session notes and written materials shared within an engagement are held only by the advisor and the relevant client, and are deleted or archived securely on conclusion of the engagement.

Access to personal data is limited to advisors and staff who need it to fulfil their responsibilities. We use secure email and storage practices for all session-related documentation.
