Voices from the Work
What Leaders
Have Shared With Us
The most honest account of any advisory relationship is what the people in it say about it. Here are a few perspectives from leaders who have worked with Lumenara.

Leader Perspectives
"I had been carrying the same few questions around for months — about my team, about my own patience as a leader. One session with Lumenara did not answer them, but it helped me see them differently. That shift was worth more than I expected."
Siriporn K.
Operations Director, Bangkok
May 2025
"The development programme was not what I expected. I thought it would feel like training. It felt more like being taken seriously as a professional — which turned out to be exactly what I needed at that point in my career."
Arthit T.
Marketing Manager, Chiang Mai
April 2025
"I have had the retainer for eight months. The value is not in any one session — it is the cumulative effect of having someone outside the business who knows my context and asks the right questions when I am too close to see clearly."
Rachel L.
CEO, International Services, Bangkok
May 2025
"Pranom has a way of listening that makes you think more clearly while you are talking. I walked out of the first session having articulated something I had been trying to say to myself for two years. I immediately enrolled in the full programme."
Nattaporn P.
Founder, Tech Startup, Bangkok
March 2025
"The programme helped me work through how I communicate with my team. I had always known something was off — I just could not name it. The sessions gave me language for what I was doing, and then helped me do it differently."
Marcus W.
Regional Manager, MNC, Bangkok
April 2025
"I was sceptical at first — I had been to enough leadership workshops to be wary. This was nothing like a workshop. It was just a genuinely useful conversation with someone who had clearly thought about leadership for a long time."

Three Leadership Stories
Reflection Session → Programme
A founder finding her footing after a difficult year
The Situation
After two years of rapid growth, a Bangkok-based founder found her relationship with her team had become strained. She was making decisions alone, struggling to delegate, and feeling increasingly isolated at the top of her organisation.
The Engagement
Starting with a single Reflection Session, she identified the patterns driving the isolation. The session gave her enough clarity to commit to the full Development Programme. Over eight weeks, she worked on delegation, communication, and rebuilding trust with her senior team.
What Changed
Within three months she had reinstated a regular leadership meeting with her team, introduced a clearer delegation structure, and reported feeling less alone in the role. She renewed for a second programme six months later.
"I did not know I was carrying so much until I had space to put it down. The programme gave me that space and then helped me think about what to pick back up."
Executive Retainer
A regional director stepping into a new scope
The Situation
A regional director with an international company was promoted to a larger role covering Southeast Asia. The expanded scope was significant and he was navigating new relationships with country heads, regional boards, and headquarters simultaneously.
The Engagement
He engaged the Executive Advisory Retainer at the start of the transition. Monthly sessions over the first year focused on how he was managing upwards, building trust with new direct reports, and establishing his own leadership presence in a much larger arena.
What Changed
By the end of the first year he described the retainer as one of the most useful professional investments he had made. The relationship continued for a second year, with focus shifting to strategic thinking and organisation design.
"Having a consistent, confidential sounding board during a year of significant change made an enormous difference to how I navigated it."
Development Programme — Small Group
A new management team finding a shared language
The Situation
A Thai manufacturing company had promoted three long-serving employees into their first management roles within the same six-month period. The new managers were capable but were struggling to function as a coherent team, with different styles and unclear expectations of each other.
The Engagement
A small-group Development Programme was designed for the three managers together, with individual sessions alongside the group work. The programme covered communication, peer feedback, and how to lead within a shared leadership team.
What Changed
By the conclusion of the programme the three managers had developed a regular peer check-in practice and reported clearer understanding of each other's working styles. The organisation's HR lead described a marked improvement in cross-team coordination within four months.
